General overview

This project is aimed at experienced entrepreneurs from the retail sector, who may need to upskill or change their business models and practices. Youths and unemployed people, for whom the retail sector is an entry way to the labour market, in search of opportunities in the sector. For those in search of opportunities in the sector and who have a strong sense of new customer values and behaviours. VET stakeholders and other business support organisations and educational institutions, who can access the OER and will be multipliers of the methodology and contents developed.
Within each of the target groups, the project utilised a participative approach by engaging directly with the beneficiaries of the project. At each stage, participants, particularly retail entrepreneurs, youths, and unemployed people have been involved in testing and evaluating the training products.
